Our driver picks you up from the airport or railway station. Transfer to hotel where you can rest and savour delicacies. After this, we begin with an exciting session of sightseeing. Today, we visit the ‘Kashi Vishwanath Temple,’ also called the Golden Temple. Next, we visit the famous ‘Panchganga Ghat’ where the five rivers meet. It’s a spot where so many tourists stop-by to seek blessings. Grab a quick lunch while exploring the old narrow lanes of Varanasi. Post lunch, we visit the famous ‘Durga Temple’ (monkey temple) which is about 4.4 km. This temple is believed to have been built by a Bengal Maharani in some 18th century. Finally we end the day by visiting the ‘Dashashwamedh Ghat,’ one of the most vibrant ghats in the city. Enjoy the spiritual late evening aarti here. Late night transfer to hotel room.

After filling your stomach with a king-sized breakfast, it is time for the much awaited Sarnath Excursion. ‘Sarnath’ (12 km) is situated at the confluence of the Ganges and Varuna rivers. However, even before that, we will wake up much earlier to witness the sunrise at the Ganges. A boat ride at the dawn is an amazing way of observing the Hindu rituals in Varanasi. You can catch a glimpse of so many ghats that beautify Varanasi- Dashashwamedh, Manikarnika, Assi, Ahilyabai, Kedar, etc. After breakfast, we will start driving to Sarnath that has a rich historical and cultural significance. It is here that Lord Buddha delivered his last sermon. It is a famous Jain and Buddhist centre. At Sarnath, we will visit various monuments and edifices like ‘Mulagandha Kuti Vihara,’ ‘Dhamek Stupa,’ ‘Chaukhandi Stupa,’ etc. All these places are about 1-2 minutes away from each other. Post lunch, we explore the famous ‘Sarnath Museum’ (800 m). Transfer to Varanasi hotel by late evening.

On your final day after breakfast, we leave to visit the famous Ramnagar Fort, it is situated on opposite bank of Tulsi Ghat. The Saraswati Bhawan is a museum in the fort where you can find yourself glaring at armoury which came from Africa, Burma and Japan. Post lunch, it’s time to bid Varanasi goodbye.
