OVO Trip Hotel Booking Policy

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  • If it is Pay AT Hotel Booking, You have agreed to pay the above stated payment directly to the hotel.
  • The total price shown is the amount you will pay to the hotel, OVO Trip has not charged you for this reservation, administration or any other fee.
  • If it's a Pay at the hotel booking, you may be contacted by hotel for payment guarantee before arrival.
  • Check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.
  • Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. OVO Trip will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  • Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc... All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  • Please note, if cancelled, modified or no-show, the charge will have to paid at the hotel as per the set policy for this booking.
  • In case the check-in time has not been intimated to the hotel, the rooms will be released after 8 pm on check-in date.The tax recovery charges which we charge you on prepaid hotel transactions represent the estimated transaction taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, service tax, etc) that we pay to the hotel supplier in connection with your hotel reservations. They do not represent a collection of taxes from you for us to remit to the applicable tax authorities. Service fees are retained by OVO Trip for servicing the travel reservation.
  • All distances (Airport/Station etc.) are approximate and the actual driving distances may vary based on the route taken.
  • All disputes are subject to Agra jurisdiction only

 

Cancellation Policy for Advance Payment

  • If you cancel before 15 days checkin, you will incur 100% of your total stay.
  • If you cancel before 7 days checkin, you will incur 50% of your total stay.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours before checkin, you will incur 25% of your total stay.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours before checkin, you will incur 10% of your total stay.
  • In case of no show, no refunds will be applicable.
  • We only accept cancellation requests through Email and Phone. However OVO Trip cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher.
  • Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. OVO Trip shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating OVO Trip and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.
  • In case of no show, no refunds will be applicable.
  • No Cancellation and No Refund Policy may apply on festival and special occasions.
  • Most hotels do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples to check in. This is at full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check in under such circumstances.
  • If Hotel will cancel your booking or may be rooms are not available due to some circumstances, OVO Trip will arrange same category hotel or will refund if money received.
  • All disputes are subject to Agra jurisdiction only.

 

Cancellation Policy for Pay At Hotel

  • If Guest will not Check in till 2 PM, Hotel do reserve the right to cancel the booking or release rooms.
  • Most hotels do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples to check in. This is at full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check in under such circumstances.
  • If Hotel will cancel PAY AT HOTEL Bookings or may be rooms are not available due to some circumstances, OVO Trip will arrange same category hotel, depends on availability.
  • OVO Trip do reserve the right to cancel the booking without any prior information.

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • Minimum 24hrs prior to check-in date full refund of advance minus the transaction charges will be made.
  • Cancellation done within 24hrs of Check-in no refunds will be made.
  • In case of no show no refunds will be made. An additional service charge of INR 250 will apply.
  • Festivals, Special Holidays and Extended weekend
  • Cancellations done minimum 10 days prior to check-in dates full advance minus the transaction charges will be made.
  • Cancellations done 4 days prior to of check in 40% advance minus the transaction charges will be refunded.
  • Cancellations done less than 96 hrs of check-in no refunds will be made.
  • You can cancel your booking by sending email only.
  • Refund will take minimum 7 working days.
  • All disputes are subject to Agra jurisdiction only

 

General Hotel Policy

  • Please mention meal plan clearly in your selected booking. CP/EP/MAP
  • The primary guest checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • The inclusion of 'extra bed' with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
  • Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
  • The standard check-in time and checkout time varies as per the hotel policy and local time.
  • The room tariff includes all taxes unless specifically mentioned. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged be charged as per hotel policy.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to any guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
  • OVO will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to any reason.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. OVO Trip will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason. 
  • All disputes are subject to Agra jurisdiction only

 

Money Back Guarantees Policy

  • If the guest doesn't check-in at the hotel due to a mismatch between amenities and inclusions mentioned on the OVO Trip website or we mentioned and those at the hotel, they must notify the claim within 24 hours of the check-in date.
  • In this case, the guest shall be entitled to 100% refund or will be given different hotel accommodation with selected amenities whichever is suitable and subject to OVO Trip validating their claim.
  • Money back guarantees policy valid only for the guests making full payments in advance.
